Dont waste your money, sanity and time...You get what you pay for - horrible service and shoddy machine that barely survived 3 weeks of inconsistent print before it stopped printing anything. They hold you to the idea that this printer needs to be used day - god forbid you have a weekend or day off as the print head dries up and no longer works after, yes, one or two days of no printing. Service technicians are rude and just keep telling you its your fault and to buy new parts. When it did print the print quality is actually quite low and their spot colour never worked so white ink was out of the question. I wish i didnt waste my money on this printer.

Do NOT waste your moneyI bought the L1800 started have trouble 3 months later. At 4 months it completely died. Customer service was awful took a month to figure out i needed to buy a new printhead and motherboard. I did. They came and motherboard did not work. They tried to blame me and wouldnt replace it. So Im out $3500.

Inkjet BrillianceBeen using the inkjet printer for my t-shirt business, the results are top drawer! Worth every penny.

Solid MachinesWe've had a few of their flatbed printers for a couple years. They get heavy use and just keep going. Minimal maintenance needed and print quality is still fantastic. They make really well-built, dependable printers.

Durable PrintersI've been pushing their digital printer to the max and it's held up like a champ! Color me impressed.
